Give each account its own password
Use a unique, long password for your service account, email and reseller panel. A password manager can create and remember different values. Reusing one password means a compromise at one website can affect other accounts.
Protect the recovery route
The email account used for password recovery deserves the same attention as the panel itself. Enable the strongest supported sign-in protection, review recovery details and keep recovery codes in a safe place. Do not send a one-time code to someone who unexpectedly contacts you.
Review active access
- Check active sessions or recent sign-ins when the service offers that view.
- Remove sessions and operators you do not recognize.
- Review account changes, new subaccounts and credit transfers.
- Limit administrative privileges to people who need them.
Remember that a URL can be a secret
Playlist and portal links may contain account identifiers or tokens. A screenshot of a login form, browser address bar or player profile can expose them even when the password field is hidden. Redact the whole access string before asking a public question.
Respond to an unexpected change
If you see a new recovery method, unknown operator or unauthorized transfer, preserve the relevant timestamps and contact the service through a previously verified route. Change exposed passwords from a trusted device and review connected accounts. Do not assume that changing a password automatically revokes every existing session.
Make support safer

Recheck after a repair
